Hoofers - navigational video

As part of my client video, i need to look into the use of interaction within my work, i want to use a map of the gym and then the user is able to click on each room to see a one minute video of what goes off in that room. As this also has to be available on the internet i will have to look at how it would work with Flash, i need to test this as soon as possible to see if i have set myslef a viable task.
